Bio

Frank Pierce is an experienced litigator who counsels businesses on the resolution of complex disputes. He has advised on high-exposure construction matters as well as vehicle accident, product liability and premises liability claims.

Frank’s construction dispute experience includes litigating all stages of complex underground utility construction, construction defect claims, and subcontractor tender issues. His product liability experience includes defending manufacturers and suppliers of guardrails and waste-to-fertilizer conversion equipment.

As counsel to a national infrastructure company with more than 10,000 fleet vehicles, Frank has extensive experience coordinating rapid responses for industry and vehicular accidents throughout the United States – to mitigate potential cost and productivity impacts. He has litigated fleet/commercial vehicle accident claims throughout Florida in both state and federal courts and in state courts in Texas.

Frank has litigated cases involving a full range of technologies used in the construction industry including underground directional boring and missile equipment, telecommunications and power infrastructure, transmission towers and pipelines. In addition, he has developed strong working knowledge in a number of technical fields as a result of his work preparing, deposing and cross-examining expert witnesses in a variety of disciplines including accident reconstruction, biomechanics, toxicology, and various medical subspecialties. 

In his free time, Frank enjoys reading fantasy and science fiction as well as historical non-fiction (especially concerning the World Wars). Recent favorites include Dune and A Bridge Too Far. When he’s not in the office he tends to be found enjoying the restaurants and spear fishing found at the end of the road in Key West.
